Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Athlete Mania. Athletes under 18 may only use the app with verified parent or guardian consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. Athletes under 18 can discover and message only other athletes under 18 once age verification is complete; adults can discover and message only other verified adults.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

Athlete Mania has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam, impersonation, and any content or behavior that endangers another user — especially a minor. Violating this policy will result in content removal and may result in account suspension or permanent termination, at our discretion and without notice.

Every athlete profile, message, and community post ("Vibe") has:

• A Report control — flag a user, message, or Vibe as objectionable. Submitting a report removes that content from your own feed immediately and notifies our team in real time so we can review it, typically within 24 hours.
• A Block control — instantly stop a user from appearing in your discovery feed, messages, or community feed, in both directions. Blocking also notifies our team of the block so we can review the blocked user's account for abuse.

You can access both from the safety menu (⋮) on any athlete profile, conversation, or Vibe.

Acceptable Use

Use Athlete Mania only to connect with other athletes for legitimate training, coaching, and community purposes. Do not use the app to harass, impersonate, defraud, or endanger anyone; to post content you don't have the rights to; or to attempt to circumvent our age verification, blocking, or reporting systems.

Content You Post

You retain ownership of the messages, Vibes, photos, and videos you post, but you grant us a license to store and display them within the app so other athletes can see them, subject to your privacy and blocking settings. We may remove any content that violates these Terms at any time.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including repeated objectionable content, abusive behavior toward other athletes, or falsified age verification.

No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

Athlete Mania is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of athlete profiles or the outcome of any training session, booking, or connection made through the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
